The rules for buying anything from the Nebula Games store: what you get, when it arrives, what it costs you if you break the rules, and what happens when something goes wrong.

This store is not taking real payments yet. Our payment processor, PayNow.gg, is still in test mode, so no real payment has ever been taken here and checkout will not charge you. These terms apply to every order from the moment live payments are switched on.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: delete this box the day PayNow live mode is enabled.]
These terms are written to be read, not to be survived. If a section is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Nebula Games is the Minecraft network you reach at play.nebulagames.cc, and it runs this store. These terms are between us and you, the person placing the order. Completing a purchase means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy anything.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: if the store is run through a registered company, put the legal entity name and registration number here. If it is run by an individual, say so instead. Do not leave this blank if your country requires seller identification.]
Most of our players are teenagers, so this one matters. If you are under 18, you may only buy something with the permission of the person who owns the payment method you are using. Using a parent's or anyone else's card without asking is not a purchase we will honor, and it is the single most common reason an account ends up banned from the store.
If you are the adult who owns the card and you did not agree to a purchase, contact us before contacting your bank. See section 14.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: confirm the minimum age you want to set for buying, and whether the law where you operate requires you to state one.]
Everything you buy is attached to one Minecraft account, identified by its Mojang UUID rather than its name. That has a few consequences worth knowing before you spend money:
Ranks, Nebula Coins and crates are virtual goods. You are buying a personal, revocable license to use a feature inside our servers. You are not buying property, and you are not buying a share of anything.
In plain terms:
Buying a rank supports the servers running. It is not a subscription to a service level, and it does not buy influence over staff decisions or moderation.
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price for that order. A later price drop, sale or promotion does not entitle you to a refund of the difference on an order you already placed.
Payment is handled by PayNow.gg. Card details are entered on PayNow's checkout, not on this site, and PayNow, not us, holds your billing email and the IP address you paid from. Your bank may add its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we never see and cannot refund.
Discount codes apply only while the promotion is running and only to the items it covers.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: state whether displayed prices include sales tax or VAT, and which country's tax rules you are charging under.]
Delivery is automatic. When PayNow confirms your payment, we write an entitlement to your Minecraft account, and the game servers read it. Normally that lands within a few minutes.
Some things appear the moment they are written, such as a coin balance. Others apply the next time you join, or the next time you switch servers, because the server has to load your account to give you the rank. Rejoining is the usual fix.
We deliver to the Minecraft account you gave at checkout. If you mistyped the username, the goods go to whoever really owns that name, and getting them back depends on that player agreeing to give them up.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: pick the outer delivery window you are willing to commit to in writing, for example 24 hours, and put it in the box below.]
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we will refund that order in full. Please come to us first. A chargeback opened before you have talked to us costs you your account under section 14, and it is slower than a ticket.
Virtual goods are delivered immediately and cannot be un-received, so outside the situations in section 7 refunds are at our discretion. We would rather fix the problem than argue about it, so ask.
We do not refund because you changed your mind after using an item, because a rank was rebalanced, because you were punished, or because you bought on the wrong account.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: confirm with a lawyer whether a statutory cooling-off right applies to your buyers, for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the UK and EU, how you take consent to start delivery immediately, and how that right is described here. This depends on where you and your buyers are and must not be guessed.]
Paying for a rank does not put you above the rules and does not change how moderation treats you. If you are banned or suspended, you lose access to the network, and with it access to everything on your account: your rank, your unspent Nebula Coins and your unopened crate keys.
You are not entitled to a refund of unused goods on a banned or suspended account. Nothing is paid back, credited or moved to another account.
If a ban is later overturned on appeal, your access comes back with it and your goods are still there. Appeals go through the panel at bot.nebulagames.cc.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: link the server rules and the punishment policy here once they are published, so buyers can read what gets them banned before they spend.]
This is a live game network, so the things we sell change. We may rebalance a perk, rename a rank, change what a crate contains, adjust coin prices and payouts, or retire an item from the store entirely.
Balance changes are not a refundable fault. If a perk you bought is nerfed, removed for fairness, or blocked because a game update broke it, you are not owed money back, and we may replace it with something comparable instead.
Meaningful changes get announced in the updates feed on this site and in our Discord. Retiring an item from the store does not take it away from players who already own it, unless we say so in that announcement.
Nebula Coins are an in-game balance that works across the network. They are not money, not a gift card and not stored value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred to another player or another account, or exchanged for anything outside our servers.
Coins you bought and coins you earned sit in the same balance, and we treat them the same way. We can correct a balance that was granted in error, duplicated by a bug, or gained through an exploit, including after you have spent it.
Individual servers open and close as the network changes. If one server shuts down, your rank and your coin balance are network-wide and keep working everywhere else. Anything that only existed on that server, such as progress, items or a server-specific perk, goes with it.
If the whole network closes, coins and entitlements stop working, because there is nowhere left to use them. Coins have no cash value, so an unspent balance is not a debt we can pay out in money.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: decide and state two things here — how much notice you will give before closing the network or retiring a whole server, and whether unspent coins get any credit, replacement or refund when that happens. Write a real number. Consumer regulators treat a vague answer here as unfair.]
You lose access to the store, and possibly the network, if you:
Where we act on this, we may remove the goods involved, close your access, or both, without a refund.
A chargeback is when you ask your bank or PayPal to reverse a payment instead of asking us. Because we deliver instantly, a reversed payment means we have handed over goods and lost the money for them, so we treat it seriously.
If a payment is reversed or disputed:
If you genuinely did not authorize a payment, for example a child used your card, tell us and we will sort it out. That path does not get anyone banned for fraud.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: decide whether a chargeback block can ever be lifted, for example by repaying the disputed amount plus the dispute fee, and state the process. If it is permanent, say permanent.]
To run the store and deliver what you buy, we keep your Minecraft username and Mojang UUID, your Discord ID if you have run /link in game, your order history, and any punishment records on your account. PayNow holds your billing email and the IP address you paid from.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: publish a privacy policy covering retention periods, deletion requests and PayNow's role as processor, then link it from this section.]
We run the network as well as we can, but we do not promise it is always online, always lag-free, or that any particular server, feature or game mode keeps existing. Downtime, rollbacks after a crash, and lost in-game progress are part of Minecraft and are not refundable events.
Nebula Games is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang or Microsoft. We cannot help with problems with your Minecraft account itself, because we do not control it.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: liability wording. What we can fairly limit, and what cannot be excluded at all, depends on your jurisdiction and on your buyers being consumers. Have a lawyer write this paragraph rather than copying one from another store.]
We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading, and we announce meaningful changes in the updates feed. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published, and buying again after a change means you accept the new version.
Support, order problems, refund questions and ban appeals all go through the Discord panel at bot.nebulagames.cc. It is the fastest route and it is where your order history is visible to staff.
[OWNER TO COMPLETE: two real-world details are missing and both are legally load-bearing — (1) a contact address for the seller, which many consumer laws require to be more than a Discord link, and (2) the governing law and the courts that apply to a dispute. Do not copy these from another server's terms.]
This page is a draft written for Nebula Games and is not legal advice. Every [OWNER TO COMPLETE] marker above is a real-world fact that has to be filled in, and the whole document should be checked by someone qualified in the country you are selling from before it goes live.
